Hulk Hogan Reveals Wrestlers Who Hated Him Most And Why The Hatred

Despite being a pro wrestling icon, Hulk Hogan had his fair share of enemies. Much of the animosity from his peers came from Hogan‘s history of using backstage politics to secure top spots for himself throughout his career.

During an appearance on the Full Send podcast, he opened up about the three men he believes hated him the most over the years and why they disliked him. First up was Randy Savage.

While the pair had once been firm friends, even living in the same area for a time, Hogan says that the Savage believed he had something to do with his deteriorating relationship and eventual divorce from Miss Elizabeth.

“It was Macho Man [Randy Savage,]. When he lived on the beach here [in Tampa], we were together every single day. “Then, when he went through a divorce [with Elizabeth], he thought I had something to do with it, and so that turned out to be like, an eight-year ‘don’t talk to each other’ thing. We finally got on the same page about six months before he passed away, thank God.”

The second man The Hulkster named was Bret Hart, who has written at length about his dislike of the way Hogan won the WWE Championship at WrestleMania 9. “The only other person was Bret Hart, who thought I basically sabotaged his career, because Bret thought he should have been the greatest wrestler that ever lived, and he said it was my fault.

[Shrugs] Okay?” inally, the legend spoke about his heat with Scott Steiner, saying it came from the fact he was the only man willing to speak to him when it was time to take a loss. “Then the only other third guy is Scott Steiner who I tried to help.

“No one would talk to him, everybody was scared to death of him so I was the one that always had to go talk to him and say , ‘Scott I need you to do the job’, ‘Oh, I don’t do the job’. ‘Well, we want to keep figuring you in, but if nobody wants to talk to you. So I’m here to try to talk to you about business, but if you don’t want to do it that’s okay, we’ll get somebody else to do it.’ you know.”
